This career has completely changed my family's life. No other company in the US will give you the opportunities that this company will give you. First, you are able to work when you want to work! You're your own boss..Just know if you don't put in the handwork and time then you're not going to have as much success as someone who does! People get scared of it being commission based but that is the best part if you have the right mindset.. You decide what your "salary" is.. 6 figure income requires 6 figure work ethic. The training you receive here to become a successful insurance agent and manager is remarkable. I have been in management in my prior careers, I have seen multiple types of methods of training. The training I witnessed here is top-notch. They give you all the tools to be success. Every leader and agent is there to help you however they can. Everyone is so nice, and the culture in this office is so strong we are all one family here. On payday, you see serious money for what you do, let alone the 5 different streams of income the company provides to build long term wealth! This career definitely isn't for everyone, but if you're self-motivated and are willing to put the effort in then the sky is the limit. The only people that don't make it are the ones who lack motivation and are lazy in and out of the office. I've seen a couple agents trying to blame the company or leaders for them not being successful when that's not the case at all! Everyone always wants to point the finger at someone else except themselves when they didn't make it happen. The only thing leaders want is for you to be successful. They give you the tools and knowledge, all you need is the effort!
