Pros

The lower level management is great, most of the employees are great and it is just a fun place to work. You can learn a lot about dealing with people on a really, really large scale as well as how to manage small groups effectively.

Cons

Members of upper management are very budget minded-i.e. you do not get yearly reviews unless you beg for one, and raises are generally out of the question. The seasonal nature of all but a very select few jobs also makes the low pay even lower. Beware.

-Pay is pretty decent given the workload -Access to Whitewater Activities -Staff Discount at the store on property -Happy Customers 9/10 times -Great team -Flexibility

Cons

-Upper Management: while direct management is caring and supportive, upper management watches for mistakes and only cares about the bottom dollar -12+hour shifts; breaks can be ignored -Extreme Heat -Uniform not included -Can be expected to come into work when the road is iced over in winter season (parkway not salted) -Dead seasons of the year (post-summer and pre-winter)
