Literally none, these people are cruel

Cons

I was injured on the job resulting in over $10,000 in medical bills and permanent disfigurement. Following the injury they acted like I did not exist. I lost a significant amount of money working for them in total and my life has been permanently altered for the worse. Please heed this advice and never work for them.

You get to raft, Proximity to Charlotte, $15/hr starting wage

Cons

No tip talk / signs / etc. Mandatory uniform / branded clothing. Pay is not adjusted for experience or certifications. Lackluster management - has created a "high-school clique " feeling within the department. Requires availability to be set 4 weeks out, yet they cannot release a schedule until the week prior.
