Pros

Shady company. Will micro manage everyone even if you are doing well at your job and harass you during off days or after hours at night.

Cons

I worked for USTCI through 2 sales managers. First manager is amazing. Great sales tactic meetings as well as great sales advice. Sales and events were going well for me. New manager comes along and he's super in your face and puts you down for everything you do even when it was a good day for sales and events. he would constantly tell me how i should be spending my off days away from my kids and family so I can "find myself." Whatever that means. And he would constantly call me when I was off work and get angry when I refused to talk after work hours because the company does not pay overtime. I complained about the harassment to HR and then the owner wanted a meeting with me. He ended up writing me up and telling me I need to get along with this manager who was harassing me because he was not going anywhere. They then continued to harass me now the manager and the owner. I had enough of the way they treated me and made me feel so after a few weeks I quit without notice.

Pros

One of the standout aspects of USTCI is its focus on empathy in leadership. The managers emphasize understanding team members on a deeper level, which has helped me build stronger connections and trust within my team. Additionally, the program goes beyond theoretical knowledge, offering practical tools and strategies that are immediately applicable in daily leadership tasks. The interactive workshops, peer discussions, and personalized feedback sessions ensure that learning is not only impactful but also sustainable in the long term. USTCI’s leadership also deserves recognition for their accessibility and openness. They actively seek participant feedback and are always willing to address concerns or offer guidance. Their approachable nature has made my experience in the program even more valuable, as I feel supported and encouraged every step of the way.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at this time.
