Pros

I’ve had an good experience working with the company, and several aspects stand out: Diversity: The company truly values diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and respected. This focus on diversity enriches team dynamics and promotes innovative ideas. Experienced Professionals: The team is composed of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are always willing to share their knowledge. This creates a collaborative learning environment where everyone can thrive. Regular Team Outings and Activities: The company knows how to keep things fun and engaging with frequent team outings, sports activities, and games. Whether it’s a cricket match, a badminton tournament, or a quick table tennis game in the office, these activities boost morale and strengthen team bonding. My manager is incredibly honest and a truly wonderful person. He consistently support every team member in achieving their goals, fostering an environment of trust, encouragement, and growth.

Pros

None. This company is racist, ageist, and depending on AI to write educational materials

Cons

There are almost too many to list. Use of AI is demanded by the CEO (oh yes, the sainted Dr. Chandra himself) for writing educational materials for test prep and study guides; employees are expected to work 8 hour days with no breaks; blatant favoritism (everyone sees you, illustrators, walking in two or three hours late, then leaving maybe two hours later); ageism; micromanagement; directors who know absolutely NOTHING about the department they’re “leading”; VPs and above who also know zero about what the departments actually do, but demand metrics that are impossible to measure; did I say micromanagement? Excessive and extensive bullying is allowed and even encouraged; salaries are absolutely no where near market and they won’t pay anyone what they’re worth; training? what’s training? Sink or swim, you’re not worth training.
