Pros
Fast pace, focus on getting things done. High level of transparency from the top down. Top notch employees that came from the best companies in the industry. Teamwork is encouraged, as is open communication. Compensation and benefits are excellent. Positive attitude from co-workers. People are here to build something, not just "have a job".
Cons
Growing incredibly fast. Can make things challenging but you have to be persistent and you can get what you need. Nothing else I can think of.
