I started working at UiPath 2 years ago . Even if I had mixed fillings regarding startups (after 12 years of Standard Multinational Company experience), I am enjoying every moment here. One way to succeed is to embrace the company culture ( an open one where everyone can challenge ideas). Another thing that I like is that I was able to do the things I love to be involved in. I am growing a team in the same spirit and I hope they enjoy being part of the Journey as well.
