Pros
UiPath is performing very well as a company, and this creates great energy for employees as well. The core values of "humbleness", "fast", "boldness", and "immersion" are quite accurate, and UiPath lives by them. If you like taking bold action and working fast, while being humble by understanding that you have limitations too and you need to learn to get better, you'll love it here. The salaries are good (I am making about double from what I was making 2 years ago at another company - a seed-stage startup) and the benefits (in the countries where they are implemented) are nice. Everyone also gets RSUs/SOs, although they are lucrative only to tech/sales positions. For corporate, they are still ok, considering how much I expect the company to grow. Because UiPath is hiring like crazy and expanding a lot, there are a lot of opportunities inside the company. If you are good at your job, you can easily score a step up on the corporate ladder and get more responsibility. Pretty much in any country that you are interested in.
Cons
The fast growth creates some chaos that is sometimes frustrating. Migrating from an IT system to another is painful and screws up everyone's mojo, and the growing goals are sometimes a bit stressful. UiPath is already at about 2500 employees, so it is not a "startup" anymore. Systems and the way to work is starting to be in place, and there is not much more to create and build anymore. So, for someone who is looking to have a big impact in the direction of the company, this might not be the best place to work. This is the reason why I am considering other options. I want to work in a startup and have a bigger impact on the direction of the company. We are all so committed to success that sometimes this takes a toll on personal life. But hey, that is what you might expect in any startup, so if you are afraid to work hard, just don't consider high-growth startups in the first place.
