CEO who is clueless on running a company this scale and size. He let's sales run the company and the structure is one that cannot be successful. runaway hires and complete non-accountability for results. Complete disrespect of employees during the layoff process. Your process is the most disrespectful process ever seen...and tells in volumes how this company treats people... Running the company with staff who have no clue on how to run a software company. (See the hires from GE and other non-software companies... Complete lack of ability of leadership at the highest level and complete denial of the structure and controls needs to make the company successful.
