Poor Management, no accountability, expenses are through the roof and a VERY TOXIC work place. The company has hired young kids that will never be responsible or be wise about spending company money. They order lunch for their entire family and no one holds them accountable. Free flowing alcohol at every event and during office hours. Inexperienced managers that have no clue how to coach their teams and use their powers to scare staff. HR does not care about the employees however protects managers. Anyone that files a complaint about their manager is put on probation, fired or discouraged from filing a complaint. I along with 30% of the organization was laid off/fired within hours of the announcement from the CEO. They have a very bad way of letting their best employees go and keeping the worst. They underpay the sales support teams, change sales comp plans last minute and revert on bonuses. New comp plans are set last minute and are unattainable. Payout dates are pushed to the next quarter payments.
