Pros
RPA looks great on your resume. Can't think of any other Pros to working here.
Cons
* Unprofessional management * Turnover in sales is extremely high * It's a start-up so expect a lot of change and don't expect it to always make sense * VC funded and they are seeking revenue numbers that are not realistic This is probably the worst place I've worked in my 15 year sales career. High turnover rate, even at the management level. Sales practices can be a bit shady, encouraged to sell "bundles" of products to customers and they might not really need everything that is in the "bundle". Less then 50% of sales people make their quota annually. Some of the pre-sales engineers are excellent, many of them are not very experienced or this is their first pre-sales role. Inside sales was pretty much non-existent when I started. Got slightly better over time but is still weak. Even if this sounds like a great opportunity, I wouldn't recommend it.
