Pros
Great product and the product team. Love the leadership on the product and engineering side - humble, listened to the customer and internal teams, communicated reasonably well. Good benefits for a company of this size.
Cons
It is unfortunate that the business is so poorly run. This company was not ready to go public. Processes and systems are immature and inefficient, severely impacting productivity. I wouldn't be surprised if they could run this business with half the people if some of these inefficiencies were addressed. To make matters worse, leadership has zero focus. Priorities constantly change and timelines for getting whatever flavor of the day idea from GTM leadership done are insane, burning people out. The lip service to 'work life balance' is huge. Vacations are asked to be canceled, calls all weekend and during middle of the night. Calenders are not respected at all. If you dare to take a day off - even saying - hey, I'm really not going to be accessible during this ONE day - expect a call at 8am that very day. Very small # of women in leadership and the 'bro-culture' is super strong here. Women are not welcomed or listened to in GTM org. This is one of the worst places I have experienced as a woman (other women in leadership shared the same with me). Politics rule and there are some people of truly questionable ethics who look for ways to subvert others only to elevate their own profile. Bonuses were completely mis-represented in offers. OTE was way overstated, which is how they lured some high level folks over. Come bonus time, you find out that you really are realistically only getting 50% (AT MOST) of that stated bonus at OTE. WOW.
