There are opportunities to grow your skills and develop as a CSM in UiPath but this has to be driven by you. The CSMs in UiPath are a friendly bunch so relying on your personal networking is the way to grow skills.
Cons
Since its inception, UiPath has not thought about how its CSMs progress in their careers. Promotions are ad-hoc and are fully reliant on personal relationships. There aren't any formal ways to demonstrate your skills and value.
