      Very supportive team environment, lots of potential for growing and learning, fun relaxed environment

      I was always in the field and never worked in the office at all. Worked evenings and weekends also.

Although it seems like you had a pretty good handle on the work environment at Ulteig, I am sorry to see that you did not get time in the office. Perhaps we'll get a chance to see you again at Ulteig someday!

      - Company leadership is strong - Skilled personnel work here. Great talent all over - Internal job and growth opportunities + creation (promotions, lateral moves) - Remote-first/flexible - Culture is inclusive and comprehensive of employee wellbeing - Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      - Available internal tools that support our services and needs are lacking and disorganized (engineering, PM, F&A, etc…) - Too many competing internal initiatives
