Thanks so much for sharing your perspectives about your experience at Ulteig. I am glad you feel positively about the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and our flexibility. The latter is cited by employees as the most positive aspect of our work culture. With regard to your comment about working from home, we have a lot of different ways to get connected to other employees, either in person or virtually. To your point, department-level performance impacts year-end reward/bonus dollars. Leaders do have discretion to allocate those dollars differently amongst their team members based on performance.
