Thanks for the great feedback! You are absolutely right, we have to keep our eye on the cultural implications of growth as we expand our headcount and footprint. Over the past few years we have leaned in to aspects of Ulteig culture that our team members most appreciate - flexibility, communications, leadership engagement, trusting relationships between managers and employees, and having fun together.
