Based on our benchmarking, we are in line with the broader market on our PTO plan, especially since we provide service credit for professional tenure at other organizations. We have an opportunity to improve the diversity of our workforce; we have built a roadmap to holistically address diversity, equity and inclusion. You will hear more about this soon.
