Sorry to see that you feel that overall pay is a little lower than industry standards. That is something we pay close attention to, especially in the current market. We have found that our average pay levels are at or above 'market.' When you add in the employer ownership (ESOP) benefit, we feel that we are in a really strong total rewards position.
