Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience as a former employee of Ulteig. We are always looking for opportunities to improve, and everyone’s experience is different - but I will say that we measure our employee engagement quarterly, and our current score is well above the level considered to be top quartile relative to our global benchmark. We also recently completed a review of our pay levels with an external expert provider and found them to be competitive, and not out of line, with the industry.
