Pros

Development strategies are integrated into your workload and align personal, company, and Client success (win-win-win). Very strong cultural values that provide real benefit to employees and Clients and enable business success. Values are achievable, applicable, and sensible, and thoughtfully reiterated. Leadership leads by example, regularly recognizing and rewarding employees that showcase Ulteig's cultural values. Work-life balance is exceptional. Flexibility to work remote, hybrid, or in-office, flex time and great PTO package. Leadership is transparent about business status and communicates frequently, including communicating forward looking risks and risk management plans. Leaders demonstrate strong technical, business, and personal acumen, and are a highly functional Leadership team. Ulteig also has an internal leadership development program to home-grow the next generation of high performing leaders.
Cons
Rapid company growth - this presents a significant challenge but is the "right kind" of con. While the business is evolving to support growth, a side effect is a lot of change and resulting confusion about how to do things as practices evolve. It is important to note that Ulteig leadership is keenly aware and active in implementing change management strategies to combat the impactful side effects of growth.
