Ulteig prides themselves on their people-focused culture and is one of the main reasons I chose to accept a new job opportunity with the company after a long career at a large corporation. Often organizations publish and promote their values but struggle to exemplify said values. Finding a company like Ulteig, who maintains their commitment to their employees on their value system, is rare. Ulteig truly lives and breathes a people-focused culture; supporting work-life balance, growth opportunities and one of the most GENUINE work cultures I have ever been a part of. Every person you talk to and work with truly cares, wants to do a good job and is motivated to support the growth & success of the company. Ulteig is transparent, communicative about future strategies and really empowers all employees to socialize innovative ideas. My onboarding experience was incredible: From the very first call I received from a recruiter all the way to my first day, I experienced amazing communication, very clear expectations/next steps, clean hand-off between recruitment and HR, very organized instructions and to-do lists, and most importantly, I didn’t feel like another number being hired but rather the company cared about me, as an individual.
