Pros

pay, pay, pto, pay, remote

Cons

unrealistic metric, your job is basically on the line because of the student accountability. Micromanagement, calling people like we are bill collectors, if you don’t meet budget, you are slowly out the door. You have to work a weekend day still calling people to get enrollments. It’s mental draining when you can meet budget and you are not sure if you will have a job at the end of each cycle which can vary from 2 weeks or 3 weeks from the next start class date.

Pros

Overtime available, when need it

Cons

The work environment was highly scripted, making it difficult to build genuine rapport with prospective students. Employees were expected to follow approved scripts very closely, and even small deviations could be treated as compliance issues. At the same time, compliance expectations were not always clearly communicated, which created unnecessary stress. Management felt overly focused on micromanagement, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. During my time there, I also heard a prospective student comment on what they perceived as a lack of diversity within the organization, which stood out to me. Overall, I found the culture stressful and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those looking for a supportive workplace with clear expectations and the flexibility to communicate authentically.
