Pros

If you don't have a bachelor's this is an office job that may take you and promote you quickly (because everyone else quit or was fired)

Cons

So many. Yikes. You're treated from day 1 like naughty children instead of grown adults. Garbage call center environment. "Graduates" are generally terrible or unable to work.

Pros

None. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Unrealistic goals and all the employees are so stressed out they have to take medication legal and illegal.

Cons

The atmosphere is ridiculous . They shout and ring cow bells when someone gets an interview or gets hired! Which sounds very unprofessional if you are on the phone with an employer...welcome to the frat party where you will be micro managed to death! Even your 15 minute breaks are scheduled .

Dear Employee, Thank you for your work in support of our value to Champion Student Outcomes. We are disappointed to read that your experience at UMA is dissatisfying. We are an institution that is committed to continuous improvement and recognize that feedback from our employees and former employees is critical for our ongoing development. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor or Human Resources about your specific concerns. You can also contact me at social@ultimatemedical.edu. At UMA, we live our values to Act with Integrity and to Have Fun and Build Energy. We are committed to workplace safety and to responding immediately and appropriately if issues arise. We hope the changes we made in Career Services earlier this year will make a positive difference in your work experience at UMA and in helping our students launch or advance their careers in healthcare.

Pros

Good pay, work isn't bad.

Cons

They have a high turnover rate because they keep it that way. Also, if you happen to be African American, make sure your hair doesn't reflect that because they will fire you. Also, if you happen to get sick and lose 40 lbs or so, be sure to make "getting new clothes" first priority after getting better, cause they'll exclude you from meetings and try to fire you for that, too.
