      UMA is really good at showing employee appreciation. They want their students to gain the most value from their time learning at UMA. Most instructors are willing to share tips and tricks they have learned during their time instructing.

      Cons

      Some of their systems used to make contact with students have limitations that makes activities more time consuming than need be.

      Remote, fun environment, career advancement

      Cons

      Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
