Pros
You get to look nice and dress up. Façade is to act professional and they do not discriminate outwardly. They pay well for new hires and hired me on the spot and I never applied! They found me! Nice working people but don't get too close as they don't want you to become friends with anyone.
Cons
Weird. Loud music from everyone! No one wants to talk to you or help as they are afraid you will get their leads! Back stabbing . Turn over rate is enormous! Our team lost one person about every 10 days or less. People just get up and leave, get fired or get other jobs. Older employees started at a much higher hourly rate. Push to get jobs for grads that don't want jobs and almost strictly cold calling. leads dry up after two days and have to find your own. If you are favored, you get the yeahs!! if not. Under handed company. taking money from every government agency out there! If you are stupid High school mentality, you will love this place! You have to be a sweat shop worker and just sit there and dial dial dial!
