Decent starting pay, the office building is nicely landscaped and well taken are of inside.
Cons
No phones allowed, HEAVY micro management, advancement opportunities are slim, they seem to promote who they are friends with a lot of the time opposed to someone who has worked for it especially in upper management.

The work environment was highly scripted, making it difficult to build genuine rapport with prospective students. Employees were expected to follow approved scripts very closely, and even small deviations could be treated as compliance issues. At the same time, compliance expectations were not always clearly communicated, which created unnecessary stress.
Management felt overly focused on micromanagement, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. During my time there, I also heard a prospective student comment on what they perceived as a lack of diversity within the organization, which stood out to me.
Overall, I found the culture stressful and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those looking for a supportive workplace with clear expectations and the flexibility to communicate authentically.
