Pros

None. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Unrealistic goals and all the employees are so stressed out they have to take medication legal and illegal.

Cons

The atmosphere is ridiculous . They shout and ring cow bells when someone gets an interview or gets hired! Which sounds very unprofessional if you are on the phone with an employer...welcome to the frat party where you will be micro managed to death! Even your 15 minute breaks are scheduled .

Pros

Remote, fun environment, career advancement

Cons

Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
