      For the few months that I have been employed here I have to say I love my job! The management is great and coworkers are all very helpful. Just an overall great environment and company to work for.

      Remote, fun environment, career advancement

      Cons

      Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
