Pros

Quality colleagues. My team members are good, hard working employees that are more than competent as their positions. Good bosses. Also competent that do not micro manage and allow me freedom to work with limited oversight. Also embrace and encourage new ideas and improved ways of doing things,

Cons

Horrible office and work station. Office is over crowded with cramped hallways and staircases along with having to wait in line to use the rest room. Parking is a joke with entrance to the main garage right in front of where people need to walk. Spaces are too scattered and spread out between both garages. Work station is a nightmare. I'm shoved in a corner with 8 other employees in a small space constantly surrounded by visitors and conversations with people hovering around my desk while talking to others. More feedback from management. While I'm in favor of macro managers, I still would like some feedback and a bit more direction. Better awareness of management's critiques. I've been criticized on some of my communication and team work but its actually directly related the poor workstation. Its hard to be a better team member when you're constantly distracted and stressed out by your surroundings.

The work environment was highly scripted, making it difficult to build genuine rapport with prospective students. Employees were expected to follow approved scripts very closely, and even small deviations could be treated as compliance issues. At the same time, compliance expectations were not always clearly communicated, which created unnecessary stress. Management felt overly focused on micromanagement, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. During my time there, I also heard a prospective student comment on what they perceived as a lack of diversity within the organization, which stood out to me. Overall, I found the culture stressful and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those looking for a supportive workplace with clear expectations and the flexibility to communicate authentically.
