Pros
I think that there is a lot of potential for UMA, and that the core values that they stand for are honest and true in nature. It has been a good experience for me thus far and the atmosphere in our team is great. I am enjoying the fruit they are putting in the break room as well!
Cons
I'm not a big fan of the word cons, I think room for improvement would be a better term for this. Positivity and morale seem to slip when trying to meet deadlines, which I've experienced first hand that the stress from the managers or team mates ends up in burnt bridges with employers, graduates, and even worse employees. Some teammates go behind others backs to try and get interviews or placements, which I understand because of the quota that is needed to be made but wouldn't it create higher level of moral when everyone is working together instead of pushing against each other? I wish the turnover rate wasn't so high because I've lost some great workers through out the last year because of the overwhelming amount of stress that was put on them to get numbers up, but nobody spoke up when in fact they've been helping other CSA place their graduates by helping on leads or giving credit when not needed. As I said it's not a con, just room for improvement ! I love working here !
