      There are some very nice people who work here - they help to get you through the frustrations.

      Management belittles employees - you are treated like a child who knows nothing. You are talked "down to" and expected to just say nothing. It is a verbally abusive environment. It has become a classic CALL CENTER - burn em and churn em environment. Turnover is ENORMOUS! If you are here 6 months - you are a "veteran". It's all about the numbers and that is it! I've never worked anywhere where I have felt like I could be fired at any time! It is not a very settling feeling.... There are scheduled mandatory lunch break times and break times - must be strictly adhered to. Be prepared to be treated like a child and do exactly as told - even in regards to having to wear sports clothes on certain days and other goofing required dress activities.

      The work environment was highly scripted, making it difficult to build genuine rapport with prospective students. Employees were expected to follow approved scripts very closely, and even small deviations could be treated as compliance issues. At the same time, compliance expectations were not always clearly communicated, which created unnecessary stress. Management felt overly focused on micromanagement, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. During my time there, I also heard a prospective student comment on what they perceived as a lack of diversity within the organization, which stood out to me. Overall, I found the culture stressful and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those looking for a supportive workplace with clear expectations and the flexibility to communicate authentically.
