They have a very engaged working environment, lots of recognition for what you can accomplish.
Cons
They don’t pay enough for the amount of stress you put up with. This is STRICTLY outreach based, which means you’re constantly cold-calling students to meet metrics that are totally unrealistic & inconsiderate of the lives of students . They weren’t clear with how involved this position was during onboarding, & I grew incredibly uncomfortable over time as I began to realize what the job really involved, which was calling sometimes the same students every single day. It’s borderline harassment! And the micromanaging? You could literally be sick or going through something personal, & their main concern is your numbers and being the Top Team. Management was way too overbearing. Unless you’re good with outreach/sales without caring about people’s lives, don’t do it. Most stressful 6 months of my life!
