Pros

Some Dedicated colleagues who are committed to their roles.

Cons

Leadership's heavy reliance on dated practices stifles innovation and contributes to a lackluster work atmosphere. - Career advancement seems to be reserved for the executive level, with minimal to no promotion opportunities for engineers and other non-executive roles. This has resulted in a noticeable stagnation in titles for most employees, contributing to widespread disappointment and demotivation. - The compensation strategy does not favor long-term employees, which may lead to dissatisfaction over time due to lack of financial growth or recognition.

Pros

Overtime available, when need it

Cons

The work environment was highly scripted, making it difficult to build genuine rapport with prospective students. Employees were expected to follow approved scripts very closely, and even small deviations could be treated as compliance issues. At the same time, compliance expectations were not always clearly communicated, which created unnecessary stress. Management felt overly focused on micromanagement, contributing to a high-pressure work environment. During my time there, I also heard a prospective student comment on what they perceived as a lack of diversity within the organization, which stood out to me. Overall, I found the culture stressful and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those looking for a supportive workplace with clear expectations and the flexibility to communicate authentically.
