Pros
Staff is knowledgeable and, for the most part, willing to share industry information. I learned a lot and am grateful in that regard.
Cons
IT tech support needs an overhaul. There is no guidance with relation to new technologies / tech migrations, etc. The company is becoming too top heavy. There needs to be more transparency and communication, especially from top management staff members, particularly when updating to newer technologies. There needs to be a devoted staff of tech support on the floor helping and assisting new employee on-boarding, so that management can focus on their duties and responsibilities. Clients should also be educated on new investment platforms as well.
