      good co-workers / free meal that's if you have time to eat one

      Cons

      plan on doing the job of 3 people and being bounced around or left alone to fend for yourself ...no training...if you are ill then you are basically a lousy employee in their eyes ...always, always,always understaffed but mgmt still wants payroll cut
