It is truly a collaborative experience where I feel supported by my fellow partners and leaders to be able to bring my best efforts and contribution to our company's shared goals of providing homeownership to our customers, keeping our promises, and becoming a top 25 mortgage company. It truly makes a difference working among engaged and passionate partners. I am so grateful I get to spend my 9 to 5 working alongside such quality people. Other elements of working at UHM that go a long way for me... PCP4All: This is beyond my favorite experience so far at UHM since I get to come together with other partners to build each other up and support each other very tangibly in our shared goals mentioned above. Seriously, free lunches: It may seem so silly, but I greatly appreciate it. All the other ways that I have been invested in as a valued partner, from how leadership has coached me and provided continuous feedback and growth opportunities all the way to the campus gym with nice equipment. And of course the code of conduct: I reference my mouse pad often as a compass to help me best show up for my partners and conduct my work. How we utilize the DISC philosophy: I especially see the DISC's benefits in my team's dynamics. We know and appreciate all the different strengths and perspectives that each other brings rather than believing there is one right way to be an HR partner. In short, I am immensely grateful to be a part of a company, a team, that is hungry to grow, brings out the greatness in one another, and makes a job more than a job, but an opportunity to execute for my other partners who are counting on me and have fun while we do it!
