Pros

- Co-workers in office are a pleasure to work with, everyone feels more like your friend rather than just a co-worker - Wonderful benefits package for very little cost - Department has your back and will do what they can to help out - Directors/VPs are understanding of the troubles that the staff may go through and will do their best to help - Everyone strives to do their best and place the customer first

Cons

- Lack of communication/transparency between Union & corporate creates distrust & tension - Corporate treats Union Leasing as a "third-wheel" and generally spins off the company as unfavorable - Politically charged environment at corporate-level trickles down and creates a tense environment (considerable amount of passive aggressive remarks) - Decisions being made at senior management level without consulting the staff who will actually carry out means heavy workload & exceptions in a high volume industry - Focus on keeping staffing trimmed means one person will end up cover 2-4 peoples' worth of work (leading to MANY "not enough time in a day" situations) - After first year, workload to salary ratio becomes questionable (workload will always increase, but salaries may budge very little in relation) - Great place to start, not a good place to stay at -- few opportunities to move up
