Business Outlook
Pros
Some upper managers were great to work with and for. They were understanding, and mentoring. The benefits package was well rounded and benefitial. Hopefully, the negatives are getting better.
Cons
Senior management was clueless to the daily frustrations and limitations of being an individual. They manage by threat, and everyone was replaceable. Errors were swept under the rug, until they blew up. Then they had to be fixed yesterday. The company struggled to be a 'me too' in the marketplace. You may need to be less principled to work here...willing to bend the rules. For being a small company, they certainly run like an uncaring giant.
