Pros

none, literally none to add about this company.

Cons

Only real positive is the coworkers they’re great and honestly the only thing that makes shifts bearable. Everything else is a mess. Management is rude, arrogant, and speaks to staff like they’re beneath them. You’re constantly told to smile and be upbeat, yet the same managers don’t even use basic manners like “please” or “thank you” it’s just orders all day. The whole place feels weirdly controlling, like being back in school. You’re expected to memorise loads of pointless things, and everything is overly strict for no reason. Even taking a quick 2minute bathroom break feels like you’re doing something wrong. There’s a very toxic culture. You’re not treated like an adult more like someone who needs to be monitored and told what to do every second. Overtime gets pushed onto you and there’s little to no regard for staff wellbeing. There are also moments where certain employees don’t seem to be treated fairly, which just adds to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, easily the worst place I’ve worked. You’re not respected, not valued, and definitely not treated like a human being.

Pros

You learn a lot of the business; scheduling and payroll, labor management, how to create a daily workflow to accomplish business objectives. You're provided with detailed insights into a store's operations- it's P&L statement, total inventory and how convert key data into actionable plans. Simply put, you are challenged and will learn a lot.

Cons

Company and store experience varies greatly by store location. Unfortunately, management favoritism results in certain individuals getting better treatment and greater access to professional opportunities. Additionally, Company HR is very tepid when addressing store issues pertaining to behaviors exhibited by store management towards associates. Scheduling can be very inflexible and unaccommodating.
