Pros

The brand itself is great because it offers high-quality clothes at a reasonable price. Also, the brand collaborates with some interesting and relevant designers. If you are just starting out in your career, this is a decent place to get some good experience, but don't linger for too long or you will burn out and become bitter.

Cons

Poor morale at the corporate office because hard-working individuals are not being recognized for the good work they do every day. Management seems to care more about hitting their numbers rather than developing their employee talent. No fun at office, very serious environment. Not a place to feel like you are making a real contribution to the company. Stereotypical corporate setting that makes you feel like a cog in a machine.

Pros

You learn a lot of the business; scheduling and payroll, labor management, how to create a daily workflow to accomplish business objectives. You're provided with detailed insights into a store's operations- it's P&L statement, total inventory and how convert key data into actionable plans. Simply put, you are challenged and will learn a lot.

Cons

Company and store experience varies greatly by store location. Unfortunately, management favoritism results in certain individuals getting better treatment and greater access to professional opportunities. Additionally, Company HR is very tepid when addressing store issues pertaining to behaviors exhibited by store management towards associates. Scheduling can be very inflexible and unaccommodating.
