Pros
Honestly best thing about working here are the co-workers & the 30% discount
Cons
where do I begin... First, if you thinking working here is like working in any other retailer, you're in for a rude awakening. This store is strict. No leaning, no chewing gum, don't come late, wear all black everything, perform and memorize the 636 standard phrases and policy, daily meetings, always have pouch on you at all times, etc. management overlooks the hard workers. if you want to move up you need to kiss up to them, which is pathetic. If you're an introvert it's really hard to shine. MOST Supervisor do nothing but sit on their arse all day. Nowadays if you mid or close that shift be prepared to stay later than you are scheduled. pay rate is not worth it for the hours we worked and standing on our feet all day. the atmosphere feels like you're in prison because you feel you're always being watched. customers can sometimes give you trouble and impatient when you're dealing with multiple things.
