Pros

Discount and the coworkers are nice.

Cons

EVERYTHING! (I worked here for 4 months) 1.Managers and supervisors are super impatient, rude and hard to please. 2.The store itself is very hot and you are required to wear long sleeves (dress code). 3.No sitting unless its break, I once got yelled at for going to the back to grab a drink of water. VERY VERY fast paced.4. They also have unrealistic standards and visions for their employees and their store. 5.There are constant call outs and no call no shows. 6.They do not care about what your availability is, they WILL schedule you at random times and will not accept any other explanation. They are very messy with the scheduling, some weeks its 10 hours and some its 20-30 hours. -Yeah okay the pay is 16$ but I really do not think its worth it, the only reason why they raised our pay up 3 bucks is to prevent people from leaving but honestly its not working because its not the money thats the problem, its the management team thats the problem. Ridiculous. Quitting asap.

Pros

You learn a lot of the business; scheduling and payroll, labor management, how to create a daily workflow to accomplish business objectives. You're provided with detailed insights into a store's operations- it's P&L statement, total inventory and how convert key data into actionable plans. Simply put, you are challenged and will learn a lot.

Cons

Company and store experience varies greatly by store location. Unfortunately, management favoritism results in certain individuals getting better treatment and greater access to professional opportunities. Additionally, Company HR is very tepid when addressing store issues pertaining to behaviors exhibited by store management towards associates. Scheduling can be very inflexible and unaccommodating.
