Pros

I would say they are flexible with schedules and very accommodating with employees who are students.

Cons

-The month-long training that involves memorizing the values of the company, and some weird Japanese words. -Managers seem like they are cranky and overwhelmed ALL the time. They also seem competitive with each other. -Morning meetings where they make you shout HELLO, HOW ARE YOU TODAY, YES, OF COURSE, ONE MOMENT PLEASE, THANK YOU FOR WAITING. -The cash registers need management for coupons or every little inconvenience. -They don't let you breathe much you have to look busy all the time, even after you just finished a whole section of folding, replenishing, cleaning, all while dealing with complaining guests. -Don't you dare to talk with your colleague! They don't like that. -Closing

Pros

You learn a lot of the business; scheduling and payroll, labor management, how to create a daily workflow to accomplish business objectives. You're provided with detailed insights into a store's operations- it's P&L statement, total inventory and how convert key data into actionable plans. Simply put, you are challenged and will learn a lot.

Cons

Company and store experience varies greatly by store location. Unfortunately, management favoritism results in certain individuals getting better treatment and greater access to professional opportunities. Additionally, Company HR is very tepid when addressing store issues pertaining to behaviors exhibited by store management towards associates. Scheduling can be very inflexible and unaccommodating.
