Pros
-High Standards in the store and how we greet customers and one another. -Co-workers are always willing to help and understand where you are coming from and offers advice. -Gives clear instruction in how to be promoted -Organize business plan for the store. Sometimes excessive, and repetitive but appreciate the effort.
Cons
-Management is number one flaw -Hours are horrendous, no work life balance. Stay past ridiculous hours -Appreciation of sale staff is non-existent -For the CEO to fly all the way from Tokyo, Japan and inspect the store and not speak with the staff in the daily team build information session, even for 5 min and giving thanks was a slap to the face. -Bottom line is numbers and they keep track constantly. -Part time isn't really part time, its hours given are close enough to full time but not full time that benefits don't need to be given.
