Pros
The store that I work has some of the friendliest coworkers around. Management always pays attention to your work so they see your improvements as well as what is needed to improve upon. That comes in handy if you're trying to move up. Not to mention, the company's focus for employees is advancement.
Cons
Being that it is a Japanese company, they're pretty strict when it comes to certain things. Take punctuation for example. 3 lates and you're out. You have a 5-minute grace period but I've seen employees SWEAT once a minute past the grace period so that should tell you something.
