Pros

Some supervisors were very understanding on concerns and standards, amazing store to shop at but because it's so busy and we are the MAIN store customer service is given without a doubt. Pays okay if you're looking to not work so many hours and can be satisfied with $200 every 2 weeks.

Cons

Managers and supervisors aren't as professional as they seem. DO NOT FLIRT WITH EMPLOYEES ON THE CLOCK ! Conflict of interest. A lot of bad mouthing is NOT need any issues and concerns should be stated on a one to one basis. Other than that it's learn to be more communicative and not be such horrible rude supervisors/managers EVERYONE HAS BAD DAYS LEAVE THAT ELSEWHERE. Acknowledgement would be nice apparently Uniqlo USA does not know the meaning of that word.

Pros

You learn a lot of the business; scheduling and payroll, labor management, how to create a daily workflow to accomplish business objectives. You're provided with detailed insights into a store's operations- it's P&L statement, total inventory and how convert key data into actionable plans. Simply put, you are challenged and will learn a lot.

Cons

Company and store experience varies greatly by store location. Unfortunately, management favoritism results in certain individuals getting better treatment and greater access to professional opportunities. Additionally, Company HR is very tepid when addressing store issues pertaining to behaviors exhibited by store management towards associates. Scheduling can be very inflexible and unaccommodating.
