The manager is irrational and gaslights the staff. The job is tiring physically and emotionally draining as the staff micromanages others. I would not recommend this job to people who want to feel respected as the management makes you feel incapable. The manager would target me and give me only janitorial tasks and shout at me if I made a mistake on retail tasks. Avoid if you want to have a fair work environment. This work environment promotes people not to stand up and be themselves. I felt exploited and belittled almost everyday working for this place. Please hire more competent, empathetic, and professional managers and please provide a safe environment.
