Pros
There's the potential to learn a lot and work on many different tasks/projects. The brand is great and it's a growing company.
Cons
It all really depends on what location you're working at but for the most part employees drop like flies because management does not take responsibility and fix major personnel or operational issues. As a full-time employee that was recruited and relocated, I had expected that we (my whole group of UMCs in about 10 locations) would be properly trained. When issues were brought up from multiple people asking for help nothing was done about them. A lot of time is wasted by associates, supervisors and UMCs because managers lack communication skills. I would guess that at least 50% of my store's employees planned on leaving once they accepted a job offer at another location. My advice to applicants is to meet the people you'd be working with first to see if that particular location has a positive culture.
