Pros
All my coworkers are amazing and the pay is decent. It's $9.50 which isn't as much as New York, but is more than MA minimum wage.
Cons
It wasn't that bad when I started, but now upper level management is getting really strict because the USA stores do not have the same standard as Japan stores. One of the regional managers has been on our backs for weeks. They keep changing how things work trying to find ways to make the place work better when really there's nothing wrong with how the stores are operating. Corporate thinks that stores are failures if the clothes aren't in complete size order, there is an ounce of dust, or even if a hanger got put in the wrong drawer. If you have your back to customers or use a folding table, corporate will think you are a horrible employee. Just the other day, my managers were given pictures of what every part of the store down the the sink in the break room should look like.
