Pros
30% Discount, Co-workers are "Okay", the Happi Kimono is cute
Cons
Mandatory late hours at least 2 days a week -Must stay to 12:00AM- You are forced to be nice and act kind with everyone even if you are depressed or not in for it (Fail to comply could lead to termination) they want you to be perfect at everything and expect you to abide everything they say. They smile and act nice to you even though they obviously don't care about you or your life they just want results. You cannot have fun there with your workers no conversing or anything on work floor They want you to fold clothes in a "Odd" unnecessary ways while watching people and smiling The dress code is all black nothing more nothing less You have to suck up to everyone higher than you When they train you it's like going to a second school, many pop quizzes and writing things down, and you must rewrite an excerpt word for word for one of the tests. Lateness isn't acceptable. Lastly if you are terminated you can't work at any Uniqlo ever in your life anymore.
